Please accept this communication as a letter of recommendation for Blue Water Construction.
During the course of building our new home in 2013, we found Blue Water’s Project Manager Jason Beane, to be extremely reliable, trustworthy and a true professional in every way. Given our project was a custom one, we never felt limited in our ability to get what we wanted given Jason’s willingness to accommodate our wishes. He was informative and always helpful in refining design elements and in offering us ideas. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project and kept us informed of all expenses all along the way. We truly felt that his goal was to consistently ensure that we were happy with the final product which indeed we were.
It is important to note that Blue Water’s sub-contractors were also excellent. We felt that they did an outstanding job with all of the finish work, particularly those that were required as part of our custom features i.e., kitchen, bar and fireplaces. They also kept a clean and organized worksite during the course of construction which we believe is a reflection of the way they do business.
We can honestly say without reservation that we would use Blue Water Construction again with Jason at the helm, and that we highly recommend you consider them for your project.

It is with great confidence that I recommend Blue Water Construction Company for your construction project. My husband and I have worked with Doug Beane, his wife Karen and their son Jason Beane for approximately six years now, and we have been very impressed with the craftsmanship and the quality of their work. I also cannot say enough about their dedicated construction crew who manages to work in the most extreme weather. They are all true professionals.
We were first introduced to Blue Water Construction when we rented a house on Lake Winnipesaukee. We were so impressed by the quality and beauty of the home that we sought out another home on the lake built by Blue Water. We ended up finding the perfect lot and immediately hired Doug, Karen and Jason to help us design our dream property.
We are now in the final phase of construction on our lake property and the quality and beauty of their work never ceases to amaze me. We have had quite a few challenges with the terrain on the property and Blue Water has handled every detail beautifully. It is a nice knowing that we can continue our hectic lives in Virginia and that they have everything under control with the construction.

However in Fall of 2008 we decided to make NH our residence and so started looking for a contractor who could make our vision of a year around home a reality. After a careful and meticulous search we found Blue Water Construction who with Jason at the helm started by a thorough demolition and then the construction of what was to be our new home.
